Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The location is simply fantastic, especially if you want to be right near Westminster Abbey. The rooms are clean and modern with a lot of practical features for a comfortable stay, but the dining experience could use some variety. Additionally, the check-out process was frustrating and slightly marred my experience. Yet, for the value at £75 per night, it's hard to find much to complain about.

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel with a few caveats. The room was absolutely perfect-clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The location was ideal, right near James Park station and popular spots like Starbucks. Breakfast was decent but quite basic, and I had some frustration during checkout which impacted my experience. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but some aspects could use improvement.
